Rampart Ventures Ltd: Up 12.5% yesterday

Rampart Ventures Limited gained 12.5% yesterday with volume higher at 1.1 million shares traded.

Its nice to see a uranium stock move up it gives us a “glad all over feeling”. But more importantly we feel we are getting a little bit of a cushion and can come down a little before the stock enters into negative territory.

We must stress however that this could have easily been a fall of 12.5% due to this market being extremely thin. Any one stock in this sector is subject, in some part, to the vagaries of the speculative investor. At any one time there are investors who have had a good run and will want to take some money off the table. On the other hand there are those who have been watching a stock for some time and have decided that now is the time to make an investment. A lot depends on an individuals financial circumstances, if cash is in short supply you may have to choose between a number of stocks or at least limit what you are putting into one stock in order to have some cash on hand for the next undervalued opportunity that appears on your radar.

Today’s 13.3% increase in the spot price of uranium will of course lift most of the uranium stocks anyway, however those companies that have been sufficiently visionary in their outlook to put a foot on the land containing the worlds future energy supplies will be the biggest winners.

Rampart Ventures Limited trades on Toronto, Venture Exchange under the symbol of RPT.

What do you think in your opinion would be a good entry point for both RPT and ESO. Appreciate if you can throw some light.
Too bad I missed KRI and MGA during the last correction. What an opportunity it was? Do you think we should wait for the next correction, if any in near future at all,
I only found you guys less than a month back and appreciate your comments.

We dont currently have ESO as a buy on our list but it does look fairly low, technically, but we dont think that this stock is a buy at the moment.
RPT looks pretty good to buy at the moment.

As for waiting a correction in uranium stocks, long term we think that uranium prices and uranium stocks are going a lot higher. MGA and KRI are traded pretty high at the moment, and it could be worth waiting for the price to fall back slightly, however this choice runs the risk of missing out on the stock all together. If long term you think uranium stocks are going much higher, then there is no reason not to be buying stocks right now. You could of course take an each way bet, and put half in now, and save the other half for a possible correction.

Please remember that we are not financial advisors and please consult with your own financial advisor before making any trades.
